Route 201

Heritage is a stop on the South Line (Route 201) of the C-Train light rail system in Calgary, Alberta. The station opened on May 25, 1981 as part of the original South line.

The station, with a large 557 space park-and-ride lot, is located on the exclusive LRT right of way (adjacent to CPR ROW, 7.9 km South of the City Hall Interlocking,west of Macleod Trail, about 2.4 km (1.5 mi) east of the Heritage Park Historical Village (which is connected via a feeder bus). The station serves the large communities of Haysboro and Acadia.

The station consists of a center-loading platfrom with Mezzanine access on the North end and an at grade access at the South end.

Also located to the south of the Heritage station is the "Haysboro Storage Facility". Some of the C-Trains are stored in this facility.

In 2005, the station registered an average transit of 13,600 boardings per weekday.[1]
